Hello

Is there a way for a manager to view his team's entire skills grid on a single skills page as this one (see screenshot)? (we use Totara v18)

Hi Laurent-

At the moment, no, that view for a manager does not exist. We are currently investigating how to provide a manager's or reporting view of skills, though, so I'm keen to hear more about your use case.

  1. What are you hoping to show managers?

  2. What are they expected to do with this data?

  3. In the view you show, are each of the points a direct report? If so, are the skills grouped in any way, or is this for a single skill?
