Program completion

Hi all,

We have 9 courses that form part of our mandatory training, all with a 3 year recertification. We have put these in a program and have set up a report that shows program completion. When the 3 year expiry is reached on individual courses the completion data is removed from the program for the individual course, but when the program is viewed but it still shows that it's 100% completed.

We can report on individual course completions, but would also like to report on how many people are fully 'in date' but reporting on the complete program. Does anybody have any suggestions for us to be able to do this?

Any advice gratefully received!

Hi Roger

Have you created a program or a certification - it sounds like you require a certfiaction as need to reset course completions and redo the courses on a regular 3 year period.

There is a Certification overview report that displays status of courses in the certification - counts can be displayed by aggregation in the report

Hi, thanks very much for getting back about this -

Each of the individual mandatory courses have certifications attached, and so users do get reminders when their competence expires, but we'd build a program of the mandatory courses to make it easier for the users to see at a glance if they were fully up to date and for us to be able to report against. Unfortunately, even though a course competence is removed until they refresh the individual course, which can be seen in the program, the program still reports as being 100% as can be seen in the attached.
