We're experiencing an issue this not sending calendar invites for multi-day courses. When users register for a seminar, the program sends a confirmation email, but no corresponding calendar invite is included, even when the attendee selects the option to receive an iCalendar invite during registration. Do you have any idea what might be causing this? We're using legacy notifications, but I don’t think that’s the problem. We use legacy notifications for all our seminars and don’t typically encounter this issue with single-day courses. We faced a similar problem with a multi-day course in December.

FedTalent Booking Confirmation Not Sending Calendar Invite
Hi Dawn
There is a seminar global setting One message per date that will send multiple confirmation emails for multi-date events.
The calendar invite may be embedded in the email rather than sent as an attachment. When this email is opened then the calendar application should open. There are some compatibility issues with iCal and some versions of Outlook unfortunately
regards
Hi Dawn
One of my colleagues is having this discussion with our support partner, my understanding is that it can be dependent on what Mail program you use. There is another thread here about it:
Hi Jane
To clarify the setting One message per date is a setting only available when using legacy seminar notifications .
Centralised notifications don't have this option - centralised notifications send multiple ical attachments, one for each date, in a single email. Recipients can click on each ical to add it to their calendar, but the dates aren't automatically added.
We are looking to get around this limitation but so far the solutions tried don't work for different email clients such as Outlook and Gmail due to incompatibilities with iCal.
