We've come across an issue that may become more common as we move further into using Totara. When a learner submits photo evidence using an Apple device, the images are sometimes saved in HEIC format, which Totara doesn’t display well.
Currently, our workaround is to provide assessors with third-party online tools or downloadable software to convert the HEIC files into a more compatible format like JPEG. However, this isn’t ideal and adds extra steps for assessors.
Has anyone else experienced this, and if so, have you found a better solution or workaround?
