Report showing parent and subcategories

The reports we currently run only show the final subcategory a course is in.

Is there a way to have a report to show a list of courses with their parent category and all subcategories?

Did you find a solution to this? We are also looking for a report that shows category, sub category, sub sub category and courses at each level.

It looks like the report behaviour is the same i.e. only the final category appears on reports.
