Hi Jargal, I'm from the Totara team and have just come across this post, which appears to be unresolved. It sounds like your organisation's SSO has restrictions on what third-party apps can be accessed.

Did you manage to get the information you need? If not, please raise this issue through your Totara account manager/ partner and have them contact Totara support.
