Hello team,

I'm looking for an example/case study of an organisation that uses the Totara recommendation engine.

A nice page on "How does the recommendations engine work?" is available here: https://totara.help/docs/how-does-the-recommendations-engine-work.
Yet, I was not able to find a practical example of how it works.
Therefore, I would be grateful if you could share examples of how it works in practice.

Hi Vjeko

There is an example of using the recommended to you block for workspaces in the Community site

https://totara.community/totara/dashboard/index.php?id=80 this is configured to show 1 recommended workspace based on the profile of the user and their interactions .

I will check if we can include additional ones on the community site like recommended courses on the catalogue page.
