Extraction question bank for subject matter experts

Hello,

We need to extract the question bank in a user-friendly editable format for our SME to proofread and correct the questions.

We don't want to let them edit directly the questions on our plaform to avoid loss of information and onboarding time on a new tool.

Extract to HTML let us display the questions and options but not the scores, correct answers and feedbacks.

We have a workround to display all questions and answers:

But it's still missing the part where SME could modify text.

As anyone already developed something like an extract to Excel ?

It looks like the GIFT format for quiz questions is the easiest to use as it can be used with a text editor but still requires some syntax knowledge.

There are some Excel to GIFT converters such as https://convert.cerapoda.io/ - I haven't used this but looks like there is a cost if doing more than 10 questions, There are also Word to GIFT converters such as https://digitaliser.getmarked.ai/convert-word-into-gift/
