Question bank issue

When previewing questions that have been added to a question bank I'm experiencing an issue whereby I cannot edit the question after previewing it. It only appears to occur with questions that involve images, and this makes it very frustrating if I'm wanting to tweak coordinates in a drag and drop question for example. Has anybody else experienced this issue, and if so, do you have a solution?? Error message attached. (I should stress that I've not actually created a quiz yet so I can't have attempted it!) Hello, colleague of Richard's here…

To add a bit more info, this is a brand new question bank - no quizzes have been produced using these questions, therefore there are no attempts.

We've been using Totara for producing quizzes/assessments for a number of years and have never experienced this before. Even duplicating an affected question to try and edit it that way doesn't seem to work for this question bank, so I'm beginning to wonder whether this is a bug that has only appeared in a recent update (I believe we're on v19). Is there a way I can raise a ticket to get this investigated further, or does that need to come from our supplier?

Just confirming that we have an issue TL-44535 to fix this already - it was reported internally when trying to create drag and drop questions in the Community site!

This was reported n version 19.1.0 - is this the version you have installed?

Thanks Craig - that solves the mystery (and confirms it's not us doing something silly!). I am told we are running v19.0.3, build 20250326.00.

Is this bug likely to be fixed any time soon?

This currently has a major priority which usually means within a few months but this can change depending on other priorities and what is found when trying to resolve this.
