I just need a bit of advice from others. We have a program that we are closing as we are transferring learners over to a new version, which will be a certification.
Currently, the program is assigned to our all employee dynamic audience.
My question is how do I 'switch off' the old program so employees are no longer assigned it, but we keep the completion/unenrolment data, as the program course is being used for the new certification.
Any tips from others on how they have done something similar would be appreciated.
I thought it would just be a matter of removing the audience from the program, but having spoken to Totara Support, that may cause issues with the unenrolment action in the Audience Sync settings.
