Is anyone having an issue with modern centralised notifications not being triggered for some users, but not all users?
A notification that should have been tiggered for me + my manager wasnt triggered, however I can see from the logs that it is being triggered for other users.
But with re to that same notification type (Certification expiry date), I have recieved it previously/recently for a different certification.
It seems like it's very volatile. Any experiencing the same kind of issue?
