We have implemented Certification and activated the extension feature within it. This allows the learner to request an extension by providing a reason for the extension, after which the line manager can either approve or deny the request. Is there a way to get a report on the users who have extended their certification?

I couldn't find a field for extension requests in any of the Certification reports or in the site logs report.
When the extension is processed by the manager there and entry in the site logs like the following
Program extension granted with the description of A program extension was granted for user 59 in program 4
A notification is also sent so is visible in the Messages report or if you are in v18 or above this will go into the notifications logs as extension request notifications were added to centralsed notifications n these versions.
