Our global company works in an industry where competency of employees is critical where external auditors request the competency of employees conducting work. We have over 300 frameworks on our Totara based system currently containing around 2000 competency tasks which is still increasing. All competency tasks have to have an achievement path of manual rating. This means the manager of an employee has to enter data to the system through this method. To make this process more efficient, if the employee, rather than the manager, could add the data comment to the task on the system and submit, allowing the manager to then be notified to review then approve. Just wondering if anyone else on this forum has similar thoughts. We have submitted a feature request to Totara but looking for others to support this request to see if we can get this selected for development.
