Rise360 and Interactions Report

Hello,

We're on Totara v17. Courses published as SCORM 1.2 from Storyline 360 generally have data in the Interactions Report on the SCORM activity; however, Rise360 courses do not show any learner responses. Track details only shows smi.core.lesson_status. Is that just a down side of using Rise360 or is there a setting in Totara or Rise360 that we can change that will enable admins to view the learner responses on Interactions Report?

Hello Jacque

Yes, I've found that it works the same in our Rise modules. Do you have any quizzes in Rise?

If you set up Tracking using quiz result in Rise, the results of that quiz should appear in Totara interactions report, however. The report formatting isn't ideal for reviewing learner responses, but the data does populate. I also found that depending on the Attempt management settings in Totara (Force new vs not force) it can overwrite or append new attempts/responses.

I have some screenshots from when I tested this. We were on v15 back then - if you find different behaviour on v17, I'd be interested to know
