We have a Program that contains a new workshop and replaces an older version. I have both courses in a set but want to hide the old version from learners (the courses is already hidden in the catalogue and has an end date). I cannot delete the course as that will impact of the completion status for our 2025 program completions.
Is there anyway to hide the old course on the program details?

Hi Sue
Learners who have already completed the program remain completed. Totara does not automatically reopen or revoke a completed program when you change the program content - this would never work for Induction programs for example
Learners who are part-way through the program will have their remaining requirements recalculated based on the updated program structure. If you add a new required course, in-progress learners may need to complete it before they can finish the program. Changes only affect future progress unless you deliberately reset program progress.

That's correct. The program will not reset for the users who have already completed it.
