Hi everyone,
I am facing an issue with a quiz in Totara.
Initially, the quiz was set to allow only 1 attempt, and around 50 users completed the quiz under this setting. Later, we changed the setting to allow 3 attempts.
After this change, we noticed that the previous attempt records (especially for users who did not pass) are no longer visible in the quiz reports.
Could someone please clarify:
Are the previous quiz attempts still stored in the system?
Is there a way to retrieve or restore the results from before the attempt setting was changed?
Or could changing the attempt setting have affected the visibility of past attempt data?
Any guidance or best practice on handling this would be appreciated.
