V20 Program Bug: Program THEN Course Set Access Control - Guest Enrolment Bypass in Tōtara 20

Hi, can I get an update regarding the ETD for the patch which I understand resolves this current issue with V20 please.

Summary: In Tōtara 20, the THEN course set divider in a program is not correctly restricting learner access to later course sets when guest access is enabled on the courses. Learners are able to access courses in later course sets before completing the prerequisite course set, bypassing the intended access control.
Expected Behaviour: When a program contains multiple course sets separated by a THEN divider, learners should not be able to access courses in a later course set until the preceding course set has been completed. This is the documented behaviour of the THEN divider and is confirmed to work correctly in Tōtara 17.
