The Totara mobile app empowers learners with training at their fingertips. Whether they’re on a bus, waiting in line, or have a few spare minutes, they can continue learning – even offline. The app allows users to download SCORM modules for later access, overcoming data and connectivity issues that often hinder mobile learning.

Make it easier for learners to find relevant content by enabling partial word matching, improved wildcard search, and spellcheck suggestions in the catalogue. You can also highlight useful content with the Recommended for you and Trending blocks, which surface relevant, popular, and recently viewed items. If needed, you can exclude specific courses from catalogue search while keeping them accessible through program or certification links.

If you need to modify an existing role - export the role and then import it.  Assign a test user to the new role and modify this to see the effect. When you are happy with the test role change the existing role so existing users assigned to the role will get the new permissions.
