Multi-year recertification pathwaysCertifications can include multiple paths, enabling training and recertification to be managed within a single certification. You can set a flexible return point to control which path learners return to after completing all paths. For example, learners might complete full training in the first year and a refresher in year two, then return only to the refresher in future years. You can also define what happens if learners recertify late, such as restarting the certification, staying on their current path, or returning to a different path in the sequence.
