A learner will see a different perspective of a course to a course creator. Use the switch role function in the course administration menu to preview your course from the perspective of a learner.

Did you know that by default, enrolling a learner in a program or certification doesn’t automatically enrol them in the courses contained within? If you want enrolment to occur at that point, use the program enrolment plugin which allows learners to enrol themselves into the course. Enrolment happens when the learner first accesses the course.

You may need to purge user data from the system in several different scenarios. To create a new purge type, go to Site administration > Users > User data management and then Purge types.
