Hi all, 

I have a certification set up.  When it comes to the message tab, I've added in the text that needs to be in the email.  What I don't see is any options to add formatting and bullets.  Also, I would like to add a link to the certification so the users can click straight on that from the email to open up the certification.  Is this possible?

Any help would be much appreciated.
