This could be a bug, so I would advise you in this instance to get in touch with your Totara Solution Partner to have a look into it initially. It would be really useful if you could also let them know what the block names were prior to the language changes as that would aid investigation.
If there is an apparent issue, your Totara Solution Partner can submit a ticket via our helpdesk and we'll pick it up from there to investigate further.
