Hi,

Can anyone advise the purpose of the 'User Creation Time' column in the User report?

I expected it (and would like it) to show the date and time each user record was created in Totara, however only about 16% of our users have a date and time.  The remaining fields in the report are blank.

Our user records synchronise on a daily schedule via an external database source.  Prior to this we uploaded users via CSV.  I'm not sure if this has anything to do with it.

If this column is not intended to show the date and time each user record was created, can you please advise if there's another column I've overlooked that will provide this.
