Our customer is asking to me, the possibility for learners to see the competencies framework. I've tried to do that into role permissions by clicking on «view competencies framework» but I can't see them as a learner. Does anyone knows why?

What might be happening here is a range of capabilities within the Learner role conflicting with the ability to see site-wide hierarchies.
I created a new system role (not based on any templates) using the view competencies capability, which worked. I suspect this would be the most time-efficient way of solving rather than testing all the capabilities in the Learner role.
