Hi,

We are on 2.7.9.1 and use the manager reservation functionality.  We have come across an issue whereby if a session is full the manager cannot cancel a user because they can no longer see the link 'Allocate spaces for team'.

Can this be changed to allow managers to see the link but only allow them to cancel users if the session is full?

Can you tell me a bit about the role the Manager has in the course/f2f session?

Hi George,

The managers have the role of Staff Manager and can 'Reserve & Allocate spaces for team members' but they cannot 'Reserve on behalf of other managers'.

Hey Steph,

The only way I could recreate this was to enable the Manager can reserve places after the session was fully booked - then I get the 'none' in the Options. Is this what couldve happened?

Hi George,

My turn to apologise for the delayed response but I wanted to check with others to see whether this was the case and unfortunately it is not.  Managers were given this permission when we upgraded to 2.7 in early November and it is affecting activities which we added in January and February this year.
