Greetings community! I administer a Totara instance for a small company with a large sales floor. We have 6 managers who also have to record scores on the quizzes and courses we send out. The problem is, being assigned the "manager" role in the "sales" category prevents them from being asked to enrol in a course the first time they take it. Thus, no score is ever recorded when they complete a training since they weren't technically enroled. I want the managers to be able to see the reports and track their employees in those courses, but also to have recorded scores in said courses for their bosses. Any simple way to do this? Something to do with permissions etc? I could sure use the assistance. here.

Also, does the community know of any Totara/Moodle experts that are open to taking on a small service support/consulting role? My company would certainly pay for the option to call with questions and get more specific mentoring in the Totara platform. Please let me know. Thanks!
