Yes, Francis has submitted the patch to Totara for review now

Hi Maurice,
I have discussed this issue with Catalyst yesterday, and it seems to be that the actual issue is that students can see and select courses from a dialog in the first place. This should be fixed. The purpose of Audience visibility is to show courses to specific audiences across the entire system, so the ones that are hidden should be hidden in course selection dialog as well.
We'll let you know as soon as we get fix from Catalyst developers.

Hi
I have a problem similar to this where there are hidden courses in the system, but learners can select them in the course select menu for their learning plan.
Is there a fix coming up?
