Is there a way to load new users into the system through HR Import, yet delay the new user account information emails that get sent out to a specific time we choose that could be days or weeks later?

I havent tested but it might be worth having a look at the Scheduled Tasks - Send new user passwords \core\task\send_new_user_passwords_task
