Is there a message being sent out to his/her manager or anyone when a learner requests an extension for a program, and when the request is approved, is there a notification sent back to the learner as well? I tried to request an extension but no notification received on either side.

Hi Pingtao,
The manager receives an email regarding the request for an extension, on granting it (via the emailed link) the learner is sent an alert in Totara - also the Due date on the Program page is updated.
