Hi, Amir

I know you popped something into the helpdesk, so just for the benefit of this thread and for others that might stumble across it, I'll pop a reply here too.

I'm fairly certain that this is not possible - or not easily anyway - as linking to local files is considered a security risk and is disabled in most browsers by default e.g. Firefox. Depending on the browser being used, there could be a way to allow linking to local files, although I'd not sure how you'd go about it. I suppose depending on how the local area network storage is set up and whether it's accessible via the web, then it could be possible to link to a resource as you would normally provide a link to an external resource.

Does that help?

Thanks.

Tom
