I have created a badge related to course completion and add the setting that every time a user complete the course the badge creator should be notified.
The person who wins the badge receive email but not the badge issuer, is there something I miss?
Have tried this in version 2.7 and 9.1.
Any advices?

Hi Maryam,
I couldn't replicate this in 27.22 & 9.1. Are you certain you have the badge set up correctly. I do know there were problems in earlier versions, but I believe the issue was resolved.

I don`t know if this is a workaround or the way it works.
Since I unassigned the admin role from the badge issuer he/she receives notification email when a user take the badg.
Do you have any idea?

I dont see the option to add the Admin as the issuer role when I create a badge for manual issue. Can you provide a step by step?

Hi George,
I assigned the "Admin User" role to a user
The user creates a badge and sets valid settings to receive notification when someone won the badge.
I removed the admin user role from that user (who created the badge)
The user receive now notification as soon as someone won the badge.
