Hi,

Not sure if this should be a feature request or I'm just missing something, but there doesn't appear to be a way to allow a trainer to access the Course Completion report (report/completion:view) without also giving them the ability to manually mark an activity or the course as complete via RPL. Is it possible to separate the two things so we can let trainers view without being able to edit?

Hi Dan

There were a couple of permissions  totara/core:markusercoursecomplete and moodle/course:markcomplete that sounded promising but preventing these didn't prevent the RPL for course completion being added.

I will wait a while before adding a new feature in case someone finds some combination of permissions that work.
