was trying to test out the internal messaging in Totara, but all the messages links/screens don't work and just open up blank pages.
i'm not getting any php errors displayed, currently not working in any browser (Ie/firefox/safari) or in any OS(mac/linux/windows)...
I'm currently running version 1.1.3

It's definitely a bug - we've got someone looking into this now.

We found that the problem might be related to message/index.php
at require('lib.php'); try set it to require_once ('lib.php');

Yes that's the issue - we found you also need to change it in a couple of other files (send.php and user.php I think), and there were still some formatting issues to resolve.
