Scenario:

  • Member of staff completes certification 5th September 2014, 1 year long, window opens 1 month before. Certification due date is therefore 5th September 2015 and window opens 4th August 2015.
  • Member of staff is then updated on an external course on 15th September 2014. Using the Completion Record Upload tool, this updated completion date is uploaded (without Override active certifications ticked)
  • The Due Date is updated to 15th September 2015, but the Window Open date is still 4th August 2015.

Is this the expected behaviour or a bug?

I got this to work, can you provide screenshots of settings so I can recreate exactly?
