I was looking at the My Team features when logged in as a Manager and found a few inconsistencies.

When viewing a team members Learning plan - under the courses tab the course progress

does't show. If you go through the Completed learning path the course progress shows as a graphic progress bar.

When you go through team members the wording is Clicking the notepad icon to the right of the learner's name will allow you to view their learning plans. - (I can't see a notepad icon - there is a link to the plan though)

As a manager I am able to create a Learning plan for staff and delete a learning plan (is this normal practice) I am also able to according to the text add/remove courses, competencies and objectives. I am not able to do this in the demo (the wording should be changed or this should be allowed.

I wsan't sure if these are bugs or the demo has limited functionality to prevent data from being changed.

Thanks Dani

It's  good to know that the workflow for the learning plans can be customised to suit the organisation practices.  approve

I'm not able to reproduce 1. either.

I've created a bug for 2., should be fixed in 1.0.5 due out next week

Dani's response is correct for 3, this is configurable via plan templates.

To see an example of 1 the course progress bar not showing.

Login as Manager > My Team . Team members

Bridget Brown select Plans link select Courses - there is no progress bar showing

If I go to All Learning or Completed learning in her Record of Learning I can see the progress bar for the courses above.

This shows another anomally which is the progress bar is on Not completed but this is displayed in the Completed learning.

I suppose it is possible to not complete the activities in a course but still have the course marked as completed . I think the terminology could be changed to Unsuccessful completion rather than Not Completed in the progress bar to avoid confusion (or is this confusing as well mixed)

Ah okay, thanks Craig.

That's actually a bug with the completed learning report, not the plans - those courses don't have any completion data so it should be blank in both places. The text on the bar (Not completed) is also wrong.

As it happens I just fixed that bug, so it will be in next week's release (v1.0.6).
