The %setlabel% does not seem to be working?

The %setlabel% does not seem to be working?

Hi, we are running Totara 2.5.13.1. According to this document, it seems that we can use these two variables in the Message body:

  • %programfullname%
  • %setlabel%

However, it seems that the %programfullname% is working BUT not the %setlabel%. Does anyone else also experience this issue? Thanks!

Hi Wen,

Which event are you using to trigger the message so that I can test and see if I have the same issue? That variable only works for courseset due/overdue/completed messages.

I think I was using it in the "enrollment" message and the "overdue" message...Thanks!
