Records of Learning tabs

Hi there. I am quite new to TotaraLMS and wondering anyone know when those "Tabs" appears under Record of Learning page?

My understanding there should be four tabs: Courses, Programs, Certifications, Other Evidence.

It appears that some users have access to all four tabs, while most have access to Courses and Other Evidence tabs only. We also have users that have access to Courses, Programs and Other Evidence tab but not Certifications.

Not sure if there're any specific rules that these users need to meet in order to have those missing tabs shows up. Any ideas?

Alan is correct. Until a user is enrolled onto a course, or assigned to a program or certification, those tabs won't be visible. As soon as they are, the tabs will become visible. The "Other Evidence" tab is always visible however, to ensure that a user is able to add evidence items to their Record of Learning.
