SCORM reporting (google chrome) cmi.suspend_data

Hi,

I'm using Google Chrome browser and whenever I run a SCORM I get the following error:

"lmssetvalue error: cmi.suspend_data"

Do you know what is causing this error? It works fine in Firefox.

I believe the cmi.suspend_data:

sets aside a space for this group for each SCO for each student. It stores this data and returns it to the SCO when it is run again. The LMS shall retain this data as along as the student is in the course.

Thanks,

H

Chrome doesn't support ActiveX so if your SCORM application creates Active X content this will not work.

Try installing the Chrome extension that supports Active X - IE tab https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/hehijbfgiekmjfkfjpbkbammjbdenadd to see if this solves this.

Alternatively try and prevent Active X controls being generated by the SCORM application if this is the problem.
