Duplicates on Report

Hi,

Hoping someone can help me - I'm running a report using the report source Record of Learning>Previous Course Completions and can see quite a few duplicates. I do know how this has happened.

I'm assuming this report source takes it's information from the mdl_course_completion_history table. I have two questions -

Am I right about the report source taking data from the mdl_course_completion_history table?
If so and we removed the duplicates from this table what are the risks, some of these courses are linked to Programs and Certifications?

Can you advise if this has this been raised with your Totara Solution Partner? Technical queries like this, including those where a possible issue has been identified, should go via your Totara Solution Partner in the first instance in order for them to investigate and reply accordingly. If needed, a helpdesk ticket can be raised on your behalf should further investigation be required by the Totara team.
