Can you advise if this has this been raised with your Totara Solution Partner? Technical queries like this, including those where a possible issue has been identified, should go via your Totara Solution Partner in the first instance in order for them to investigate and reply accordingly. If needed, a helpdesk ticket can be raised on your behalf should further investigation be required by the Totara team.
