Hi Luke

I tried doing a quiz and failing the first time and completing the second time with the settings you had.

Where was the X appearing I looked in the course completion block and this appeared as not complete after the first try and complete after the second attempt.

Have you setup a passing grade for the course ?

Hi Luke/ Haroon,

I also tried, with the zipped course that Haroun sent and the same settings. The first attempt which I wrongly answered produced a red x, then the second attempt which I correctly answered (took some doing as the options are randomised :-) produced a tick for the same user.

Not sure what is causing the problem.

I think the passing grade was set at 6 Craig

Hey,

Thanks for your responses. Yes we discovered that the pass grade was set above the maximum grade. We have changed this now and all seems to be working well.
