There are some reports available to managers that show their teams completed courses.

If you login to the demo.totaralms.com site as a manager and go to My Team > Team members and click on records and completed courses this will show these.

If this doesn't provide what you are wanting then it is possible to create a report or edit existing reports by logging in as admin and going to Site Admin > Reports > Report manager > Manage reports

The report sources that is most suitable is the Record of Learning :Courses you can then choose the columns , filters and who you want to access the report.

For more info on using the report builder see http://help.totaralms.com/site_admin/SA_Report_Builder.htm

Hi Jason,

Here's what I would do:

1. Create a new report based on the "Course Completion" source (Site Admin > Reports > Report Builder > Manage Reports, scroll to the bottom).

2. In the report settings, content tab, set to use "all" criteria, then enable the 'Show by the user' content restriction and restrict the report to only show "Records for user's direct reports".

3. In the access tab, set the access to be available to Managers in "Any" context.

That should create a report that appears on the My Reports tab for anyone with the manager role. When they view the report, it will list all the course completion records for users who they are the direct manager of. The results they see will be tailored to show their staff only.

I think that's what you are after.
