Hi,

We had the same issue when we first tried to upload a package.  The system default is set to 2MB.  We had to get our partners to increase the upload size as it needs to be done from the server.

Thanks

Hi Jenny, Stephen is correct in that you can contact your Totara Partner to ask them to increase to increase your maximum file upload size to server limit if necessary.

Or if you have admin rights go into Site Administration > Security > Site policies and adjust your maximum file upload size accordingly there.

Thanks,

Andy

Hi Jenny,

You might need to set it to the server limit then, maybe ask your administrator to set this.

You will need to upload the whole zip file from Articulate. Here's some help from the Totara end of things from our help files http://help.totaralms.com/Trainer/SCORM_AICC.htm#Creating_a_SCORM_AICC_Activity

I have found the Articulate forums very helpful in the past for questions relating to their product.

Hope that helps,

Andy

Group Totara

Hi Jen,

That error comes up if the zip file doesn't contain a particular file called "imsmanifest.xml", you could try unzipping the zip file manually and see if that file is in there.

If the file isn't in there it would suggest that the SCORM package hasn't been correctly generated.

Do you know if the file you are uploading is a "SCORM" or "AICC" package?

Simon

did you see the link I listed earlier?

http://docs.moodle.org/19/en/SCORM_FAQ#Manifest_not_found

that FAQ item lists a range of different causes for that error - if none of those seem to be your issue, send me a copy of the SCORM package and I'll take a look for you.
