To integrate with Totara you need to save the quizmaker file in  SCORM 1.2 format.

You can then go into Totara and go into a course as someone who can create  course content and

1. Select Turn Editing on > Add an Activity > SCORM/AICC
2. In the package file box select choose or upload a file
3. Select the filename of the SCORM file on your computer (the zip file) and upload and select the file and save
4. Learners will be able to click on the quiz file in the course and complete this - the results will be stored in the grade book.
5. Login as a trainer and click on the Grades link and one of the columns will be a link to the SCORM quiz.
6. Click on this to get a record of the grades and attempts

Click on the attempt to get more details and the track details link to get more details

The elements are what you have set up in the quizmaker quiz - the SCORM details are also available to the report builder as one of the report sources so you can create custom reports on the data.
