Can you tell me please how to make registered users 'inactive' - we need to keep within our subscription numbers and have many users enrolled in courses that they've finished. Is it simply a matter of unenrolling them? Cheers, Ali

Hi Ali
To make a user inactive - edit the authentication method for the user to no login.
An active user is defined as someone who has logged in during the subscription period so they would still be counted if they had logged into the course. They would eventually fall off the active users list though.
