The cancellation message for a face to face is able to be editted under the face to face settings
Currently the default message to users is
This is to advise that your booking on the following course has been cancelled:
***BOOKING CANCELLED***
Participant: [firstname] [lastname]
Course: [facetofacename]
Duration: [duration]
Date(s):
[alldates]
Location: [session:location]
Venue: [session:venue]
Room: [session:room]
it is also possible to include the manager in this as well.
This should be emailed to people as long as they have email messages - email me about tasks/alerts turned on.

I didn't use the correct wording in my question, here is what I need :
Is it possible to include the cancellation reason in the cancellation message? This reason is being filled in by the user when he cancels.
