Are you able to send me a copy of a file that you're having trouble with?
You can email it to me at simon.coggins@totaralms.com if it's small enough, otherwise you could create a ticket at support.totaralms.com and upload it there.

I'm afraid I didn't get your email, maybe the file attachment was too big? Do you have a dropbox account or something similar you could use to share it with me?
