Hello,

We are trying to bulk upload some users who were removed from the system some months ago. Whenever we try to upload the csv file (using either 'add new' or 'update existing users' settings) we do not get any error messages so it appears to have been successful. However, when we check the accounts on the system the users only appear with 'undelete' next to their name.

Is there no way of doing a bulk 'undelete' using a csv file?

The only solution we can find is by going into each account and 'undeleting' them, which at over 100 is not very appealing....

Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi Hanna,

I don't really have an answer but we are working on a range of functionality for Moodle and I guess then for Totara that will improve this dramatically. Its something that we really struggle with and we have a number of workarounds in place right now but our current project will make this shareable with the community.

We're probably a couple of months away from it though
