Completion status doesn't get updated until cron has run, which may not be very often. You can force it to run with site/admin/cron.php

Mind you, that might not include program completion updates ... that is a sub-script which runs at different times ... I think(!?).    See if cron.php helps but I know we have had some installations where we've had to hack it to force program completion updates.

If all else fails, it will probably update itself before tomorrow :-\
