We have a role called Training Coordinator who will be responsible for creating Face 2 Face sessions and enrolling users and assigning trainers to the sessions.
The Face to Face courses and activities are created by the site administrator. After creating the course , the site admin assigns the training coordinator and trainer roles for that course to the respective users.
However, when the training coordinator logs on the LMS and searches for that particular Face 2 Face course for which he is assigned as a training coordinator, the system is displaying a message that you cannot enrol yourself to the course.
We do not want the training coordinator to enrol to the course. He should be able to enter a course, create a session and enrol learners to the session.
Appreciate if anyone can enlighten us as how why the enrolment messsage is getting displayed for the training coordinator and which permission do we need to change to stop displaying the enrolment option for the training coordinator.
